Welcome to the Secprint Delivery Information page, where you’ll find all the information you need about our production times and delivery process, including costs, tracking, and other related queries.
Shopping with Us
Unless collected from our Rotherham site, all orders will be sent via overnight courier, and you will receive a notification once your package has been dispatched. For most of our products, you can expect a turnaround time of around 72 hours from receipt of the final approved artwork to the day of dispatch.*
*Please note: this time is subject to product type, quantity, and if we have received all necessary communications and/or artwork from you. Estimated delivery times can be found below.
If you have specific requirements or your order is urgent, please state this when submitting your order. Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of the purchase.

Apollo Distribution (Large Parcels) – From £20 +VAT
Large items are not suitable for standard shipping with APC or Royal Mail, but can be collected from our Rotherham printing facility. If you add a large item to your basket, you will be notified at checkout. Please contact us for a quotation.

Track Your Order
When using APC or Royal Mail, you’ll be able to track your order.
Once your order has been dispatched from our factory, you will receive an email from the dedicated delivery service with tracking information, as well as a text on the morning of the delivery day with your estimated timeslot.
Please contact the delivery service directly to specify any special delivery requirements.
Delivery FAQs
Can I collect my order?
Yes! Depending on the product or service you have purchased from us, you can collect your order from our site in Rotherham 1-5 days after receipt of the final approved artwork. You can request collection or delivery when you check out your basket via our online shop.
Does Secprint deliver outside of the UK?
Currently, only UK delivery addresses can be taken via our online shop. However, we can take international orders if you contact us directly via our enquiry form or call 01709 780008.
My parcel hasn’t arrived – What should I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the time you expected, please check your tracking information on the APC or Royal Mail email you received when your order left our factory.
If the tracker says your order is on its way but you’re concerned about how long it’s been, please allow up to 7 working days for it to arrive. Additionally, if the tracker says it has been delivered, check any safe places and with neighbours to see if it has been left there. If it doesn’t arrive or you cannot find it, please get in touch and we’ll help track down your parcel for you.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Delivery times are subject to change across UK holidays and bank holidays.
- Dispatch times are subject to the product weight and other variables.
- Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Secprint Ltd as extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather could account for delays.
- Delivery times do not reflect the total turnaround time, which is subject to receiving artwork, proofing confirmation, or other necessary communication from you.
- If damage occurs during transit, please send an image of the damage for us to assess so we can get that rectified for you.
