Delivery
Unless collected from our Rotherham factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork.
If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders. Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.

When ordering your custom hoodies from Secprint, you can choose between a wide range of colours and sizes, which your artwork can then be embroidered or printed onto in full colour. Please consider that some base hoodie colours will be more suited to your branding than others. Speak to us for guidance.
There is a minimum order quantity of 10 items for all our branded workwear. This applies to the full range so you can mix and match your favourite products. If you order fewer than 10 items, we will contact you to increase your order or cancel and refund it.
Please view our size guide before completing your order as our personalised garments are non-refundable once they have been dispatched. If you require any assistance, reach out to our team who will be happy to help you.
