Delivery
Unless collected from our Sheffield factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork. If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders.
Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.

What Is Dibond?
Dibond® is a type of aluminium composite material (ACM) made by bonding two thin aluminium sheets to a polyethylene core. This creates a rigid yet lightweight material renowned for its durability and versatility, making it a popular choice for signage.
Dibond is often used for shop fascias, directional signage, and outdoor displays due to its ability to withstand varying weather conditions without losing quality. Dibond boards are also ideal for use indoors for business conferences, school displays, museums, and shopping centre floorplans.

Dibond signs are made from an aluminium composite board which is known for being extremely flat, temperature stable, and resistant to physical impact, lasting up to three years outdoors and indefinitely indoors.

Typically, Dibond boards are supplied in standard A-size format or sheet size 8’ x 4’ (2440mm x 1220mm), but bespoke dimensions and shapes can be quoted on request.

At Secprint, we also offer aluminium boards with a thickness of 3mm. You can also choose to use a complete foam (PVC) board with a thickness of 5mm, depending on your installation requirements.
Custom Artwork & Finishes for Dibond Signs
Artwork is printed CMYK, single-sided, onto adhesive vinyl and finished with a hardwearing protective matt, gloss, or dry wipe laminate before being applied to the aluminium composite board. You can also opt for an unlaminated, satin finish if you require.
