Delivery
Unless collected from our Rotherham factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork.
If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders. Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.

Our Custom Fleece Jacket Options
When ordering your custom fleece jackets from Secprint, you can choose between a wide range of colours and sizes, which your chosen design can then be embroidered into in full colour. Artwork is typically presented on the top left breast of the jacket. You may also consider using space on the upper back of the jacket for greater visibility.
The minimum order quantity for all our branded workwear is 10 items. This applies to our full clothing range so you can mix and match your desired products. If you order fewer than 10 items, we will ask you to increase your order quantity or we will cancel your order and refund you.
Please consult our handy size guide before placing your order as our embroidered garments are non-refundable once they have been processed. If you need any assistance with clothing sizes, please speak to us.

What colours are fleece jackets available in?
Our custom fleece jackets are available in black, bottle green, charcoal grey, maroon, navy, red, and royal blue. Your organisation's artwork can be embroidered in full colour to any of these bases. However, some base colours may be more appropriate for your branding than others. Please speak to us for advice.
