Delivery
Unless collected from our Rotherham factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork.
If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders. Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.

Our Custom Polo Shirt Printing Options
When ordering your personalised polo shirts from Secprint, you can choose between full-colour embroidery or heat-press printing, alongside numerous base colours to suit your needs. Typically, your organisation’s name or logo is positioned on the upper left breast of the shirt. You may also find it appropriate to print on the top back of the shirt for increased visibility.
The minimum order quantity for all our branded workwear is 10 items, which includes mix and match across our range. If you place an order for fewer than 10 items, we will contact you to increase your order or we will cancel it and refund you.
Please check our size guide before completing your order as our printed garments are non-refundable once they have been dispatched. You can upload your artwork after you check out or speak to our design team for a quotation.

What is the difference between male and female polo shirts?
Generally, women's polo shirts are tailored to fit the contours of the female body. This usually includes a narrower waist and shorter sleeves. Unisex polo shirts, on the other hand, tend to have a straighter cut and a looser fit. You should ask your female staff for their preference between our unisex or custom embroidered women's polo shirts.
How many buttons does a female polo shirt have?
Our custom embroidered women's polo shirts have 3 buttons positioned on the left of the placket. This is the reverse of men's / unisex polo shirts, which have buttons on the right of the placket. Polo shirts can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned, but typically the first two buttons will be fastened and the top one will be left open.
How should a polo shirt fit for a woman?
Generally, women's polo shirts shouldn't end higher than the hips. They should be long enough to be tucked in but short enough to still look tidy when worn untucked, and sleeves should reach around halfway down the bicep. Where should a logo be on a polo shirt?
For women's polo shirts, logos or artwork should be aligned with the middle or top button. For men's or unisex polo shirts, logos or artwork should be aligned with the bottom button. They are usually positioned on the left breast in both cases.
