*Terms and Conditions

1. The organiser is: Secprint Ltd whose registered office is at Unit 24, Alexandra Centre, Rail Mill Way, Parkgate, Rotherham S62 6JE.
2. The Secprint Follow Us competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Secprint Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase of Secprint products is necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions for the duration of the competition.
5. Entry for the competition requires following Secprint’s Facebook Page and liking and commenting on the original competition post.
6. Offensive, discriminatory, and inappropriate comments will not be tolerated and will be deleted. Such comments will lead to the user’s disqualification from the prize draw and any future competition.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per Facebook account. Multiple entries from the same account or visibly the same person on another account will be disqualified.
8. Closing date for entry can be found on the original Facebook competition post. Any entries after this date will not count.
9. Secprint Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any major disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Secprint Ltd.
10. Secprint Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. Prizes are disclosed on the original Facebook competition post and will be delivered directly to the single winner’s address. The prize is not transferable and there will be no cash alternatives offered.
12. Secprint accepts no responsibility for any symptoms or conditions that may develop caused by an allergic reaction to certain foods, food groups, or substances.
13. Winners will be chosen at random by software no more than one week after the closing date of the competition.
14. The winner will be announced by Secprint Ltd on the Secprint Facebook Page and contacted privately via Facebook Messenger. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.
15. Secprint Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants, will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Secprint Ltd and not to any other party.
