Delivery
Unless collected from our Sheffield factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork. If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders.
Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.

Our Branded Pen Printing Options
When ordering your branded pens from Secprint, you can choose from a wide range of coloured rubber grips to align with your branding. As standard, your pens will feature your organisation’s logo and web address, printed directly onto the stylish white casing.
The printed area of our branded pens is 60mm x 6mm. You may supply your artwork after checkout or ask us to create the artwork for you at no extra cost – provided the supplied logo is high quality.
If you require a bespoke design for a special event, venue, or any other purpose, our design team can work with you to create new artwork to your exact specifications for an additional charge.

Branded pens, also known as promotional pens or marketing pens, are one of the most popular promotional items. Just by adding your logo to a pen and giving them away at work, events, or when networking - you can expand your reach and grow stronger relationships with your connections.
Branded pens typically feature your company name or logo and at least one way to contact you (website URL, email, telephone number). The available space is usually quite small, but it can also be used to communicate a specific message or slogan that encapsulates your brand's mission and appeal.
The most common method for adding logos and other artwork to pens is heat press printing, also known as heat transfer or sublimation printing. This technique involves imprinting a design onto a pen's surface using pressure and heat. Branded pens printed in this way are vibrant and long-lasting.
We recommend a minimum font size of 5pt and an ideal font size of 8pt or more. At Secprint, we will always provide you with a free mock up of what your pen will look like before we begin production.
