Delivery
Unless collected from our Rotherham factory. All consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been despatched.
Standard leadtimes are normally 5 working days from receipt of final artwork.
If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders, any agreed despatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.
Lanyard Cards
Personalised lanyard cards and passes are for use with lanyard straps or clips. They are used to organise visitors by VIP and area access, tourists, staff, guests, and much more.

Professional Lanyard Card Printing & Security Passes
Whether your event is a festival, concert, convention, or business conference – full-colour printed lanyard cards and passes are a great addition. They enable you to easily identify your staff from your guests, lower the risk of a security breach, and make it simple for visitors to locate their access zones.
Only one side of your printed lanyard card will be visible to viewers. The back can be printed with the same information as the front, or you could use the space to present something else. This might include advertising a business that has sponsored you on the back of festival VIP passes. Or listing emergency security information and guidance on the back of conference IDs.

How do you use lanyard cards?
Single- or double-sided personalised lanyard cards are usually hole-drilled at the top of the card so they can be attached to a lanyard clasp. In other cases, the cards are not hole-drilled and are instead inserted into a plastic wallet with holes for a lanyard clasp at the top. They can then be worn around the neck by your employees, visitors, and guests.
What information should be on a lanyard?
The information on your lanyard depends on your intended use. For staff and security identification, you could include a photograph, name, job title, and access level. Special access lanyards could be colour-coded or designed differently to your general visitor passes. Your requirements might also include QR codes for electronic door access, numbering for floors, maps for large spaces, and more.
What size is a standard lanyard card?
Standard lanyard cards are 54mm x 86mm, or 75mm x 105mm. We also offer lanyard cards in sizes 90mm x 90mm, 90mm x 125mm, and 105mm x 148mm, depending on your requirements.
What material is used for lanyards?
Our lanyard cards are printed onto 350gsm Silk stock with the option for lamination and foiling. This stock is suitable for die cutting, full-colour printing, and hole drilling. Please contact us for quotations on other materials, shapes, sizes, and finishes.
