Delivery
Unless collected from our Sheffield factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork. If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders.
Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.

When ordering your custom festival lanyard programmes from Secprint, you can order a full design service from us for an additional charge or submit your own print-ready artwork. Well-designed programmes will leave lasting impressions on your customers – they will hold onto those lanyards and remember your event for years!
Information is typically printed onto A7 (74mm x 105mm) gloss laminated cards in full colour, front and back. For a quotation on any other sizes, please contact us directly. Consider including key features such as colour coding, numbering, or lettering to distinguish area / event zones.
Cards are hole-drilled allowing for the safety clasp of a lanyard. Personalised lanyards can also be ordered separately via our Event Products page.
