Design Time
If you don’t already have artwork when you place an order with us, you can purchase design time. Many of our products already have design time costs associated with them, which will be listed on the product page as an option to add to your basket when you create your order.
Should you have something more bespoke in mind, you can purchase additional design time below. Please brief the Secprint team and ask for a quotation before you do this.

Purchasing Additional Design Time
After placing your order and speaking to us about your requirements, you may have been given a quotation for additional design time.
All you need to do is add the quoted quantity of time to your basket, which can be increased by hour on this page. Then simply go to checkout and include the order number that your design time applies to in the comments before proceeding to payment.

When do you need to purchase additional design time?
You might need to purchase additional design time if your design requirements are especially complex and will take our team longer than usual to create.
After speaking to us about your specifications, we will provide a quotation for how much additional design time you need to order.
Is design time included for any products?
If you are not supplying artwork, there is a standard design time rate for most of our products. You can choose this option when creating your order on each product page. For example, our bespoke design service for Tickets is £15.00.
What information do we need to know?
Before talking to us about your design requirements, you should already have a main concept and some thoughts on imagery, text, layout, colour, resolution, and sizing. It might also help to reference a few examples to get your idea across.
