Delivery
Unless collected from our Rotherham factory, all consignments will be sent via overnight courier and a notification will be sent once the consignment has been dispatched.
Standard lead times are normally 5 working days from receipt of the final approved artwork.
If you have specific requirements, please state this when placing orders. Any agreed dispatch dates will be acknowledged in writing upon receipt of order.
Custom Paper Wristbands for Events
Our eco-friendly paper wristbands for events are a sustainable alternative to Tyvek. They are made from a high-strength, fully recyclable, biodegradable FSC paper. Recyclable paper wristbands have an excellent adhesive making them long-lasting and secure. These particular wristbands are not waterproof.

Eco-Friendly Paper Wristbands for Events
Tyvek® Wristbands™ are paper wristbands made from high-density polyethylene and are known for their durability, weather resistance, and tamper resistance – but they can be a problem for businesses’ sustainability efforts. Tyvek wristbands are recyclable, but not in a simple and convenient way.
Secprint now offers eco-friendly paper wristbands as a sustainable alternative to traditional polyethylene paper wristbands. They are made from a strong, fully recyclable, biodegradable FSC paper that provides a litter-free solution for event organisers requiring wristbands.
Paper wristbands work best when used in conjunction with our Event Tickets to identify different categories of area access or seating zones by colour. They are an affordable and popular product for festivals, clubs, sporting events, stage performances, and more - helping security staff effectively manage admission and gate entry at events.
What Are Paper Wristbands Used For?
Eco-friendly wristbands are a simple solution for managing admission and gate entry at all kinds of events. They enable staff to confidently identify guests with paid tickets, access to VIP zones, and other categories. They are also a great way to monitor people exiting and re-entering the venue without having to show their tickets.
Paper wristbands for events are designed to be tamperproof. They can’t be removed easily or transferred between people, ensuring that only guests with legitimate access to different areas are permitted to enter. This also means that the wristbands can’t be lost, stolen, or re-used, making them the perfect addition to your event.
Our Eco-Friendly Paper Wristband Printing Options
Recyclable paper wristbands are made from FSC-certified paper. They have a white base which can be printed onto with 8 different colours. You can also opt to have additional information such as logos, numbers, and text printed on top. This could be to promote your company or a business that sponsors you, or to provide guests with information about the event.
Our sustainable paper wristbands have a thickness of 200 micrometres (+/- 10%), with a material weight of 150gsm (+/- 10%) and an adhesive coat weight of 20gsm (+/- 10%). They come with a high-quality adhesive – just as strong as Tyvek wristbands.
